Instructed for a leasehold sale after accepting an offer. Only after 2 days of all completed forms sent back do they say for random and unsubstantiated reasons (fire survey which building does not need) that they refuse to act for me and find an alternative.

Warning to any leasehold clients, don’t waste your time. Caused me almost a week delay in my sale.
