Our purchase was passed to Nikita due to a covid issue. The timescales were tight before the delay so when Nikita took over we were very concerned the purchase would not go through in time. We used HCB Solicitors to process our house purchases during a pandemic and Nikita Mayani was amazing. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing or what was required. Nikita worked tirelessly to get the sale to completion and handled our case so efficiently. After sending her the report from the building survey she used her initiative to try and save us money on the purchase by asking the sellers solicitor to cover some of the costs, without us having to ask her. I would highly recommend using them and Nikita in particular.
