Senior partner in this firm turned out to be the executor for a property that we were purchasing. After six weeks of progressing the sale they then told us they were not willing to fill in any property information forms or answer any points raised and that the property was 'sold as seen'. Our offer was based on a normal sale and not once were we told it would be sold as seen (like an auction sale). I am not surprised they have a lot of very poor reviews if this is the way they conduct their business...Beware!

I have dealt with Ingrid and her team at Haywards on several occasions with buying and selling property. Their service is first class. Highly professional with a personal touch and very accessible. I wouldn't use anyone else...I most definitely highly recommend!

A 2 bob bit shoddy company that doesn't always follow Practice Directions and will not accept their blame for such and will then pass the blame onto other parties for their wrong doings. A shoddy company that isn't interested in the wishes and feelings of a child.
GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE MUGGED OFF!
