Our house purchase was arranged by Debbie Pearce of Hayes and Storr and all I can say is how grateful I am for her efficient and diligent work. Questions were answered promptly and issues explained clearly, and she ensured a boundary issue was appropriately resolved with the seller and their solicitor. We felt supported throughout the process.

Debbie has also been supporting us through a house sale, and again has provided exemplary support. Providing us with the information we need to make informed decisions in the process, and ensuring we have been able to fulfil our responsibilities as the selling party.

As a buyer of a property, where this firm was representing the seller my experience of this firm is shockingly poor and they should be avoided at all costs. Debbie Pearce was the Conveyanor. Took forever to respond to any correspondence sent, unprofessional responses sent to my Solicitor when she came into possession of correspondence which criticised her poor performance, if only she could have responded as quickly to correspondence about the sale! A no chain purchase with only 1 buyer and 1 seller involved, 12 weeks from offer acceptance, no where near exchange and everything fell through. Wasted costs, searches, and survey fees. Did nothing to be proactive and work with estate agents and our solicitors to resolve matters.
