Terrible service, was given the wrong inhalers. Went to change them and was told I had been given the right ones. I have been using the same inhaler since I was a child. I'm now 34 and I've never had a problem getting salbutamol. Today I was given the cheap version which doesn't help my asthma. I ordered through the app as always but the pharmacist argued that what I was given was correct even though it wasn't. He even blamed my gp surgery. I'm now left for the weekend without an inhaler which is extremely dangerous and life threatening, I need them to breathe. I'm absolutely disgusted and shocked with what's happened. Never been a problem before.

Bring back Tom. I bought medicine for my sick wife who was waiting in the car. On returning to the car she informed me they were the wrong ones. Now having Parkinson's it's difficult to explain to the pharmacist. Our policy is no return!!! I was probably 3 minutes max items untouched. Now if Tom had been the pharmacist he would have sorted the problem out . Hopeless

I used to love this little chemist which has always had really friendly staff.
The last few months have changed my mind, not about the friendly staff, but about their efficiency
I am so fed up with the delivery system that they have that I am seriously considering changing pharmacies. Yet again, I have been promised a delivery and yet again it hasn't arrived.
These are Class A drugs for chronic pain relief and now I have no medication for tomorrow morning and they know that.

Was refused a covid vaccine. The person giving the vaccine was not confident enough that I needed the vaccine. This is despite me having a weakened immune system, having had seven previous vaccinations, the last three at this pharmacy and NHS England inviting me to have the vaccination. I think the woman who refused me the vaccine has let a bit of power go to her head.
There was no confusion, I was refused the vaccine and left the shop. I telephoned yourself for advice regarding the vaccination process.

They Never meet their medication deadlines, are short stocked and tell you anything but then don't deliver and even then usually missing items. Not impressed .not life & death for me but could be for others! Still, they can only get better and let's hope for sooner rather than later!

Have used the delivery service for a few years now. They have been superb right through the pandemic, with fast and friendly medicine delivery. Feel that the success of the service has impacted on the reliability a bit, keep having to ring up and chase my prescriptions. But hopefully this will get better.

The medication delivery service worked extremely well when we joined several years ago. However, I think they may have become victims of their own success and can no longer cope with the load. We rarely receive a delivery without having to phone and ask why it hasn't arrived. I ran out of an item this week and had to phone to ask for it. It was sent the same night. Then two days later they sent another batch. My husband kept receiving repeat batches of his drugs, despite reporting that they were not yet due. As a result, he has a quantity of drugs that may be wasted because his medication has since been changed. He has today received this item, yet again, recently cancelled from his medications and clearly marked 'do not send batch until patient rings'. We have not cancelled the delivery arrangement because it suits us to have them delivered to the door. The drivers are always friendly, polite and helpful and I feel sorry for them constantly having to come back and forth. Today someone will be coming to collect six packs of unwanted tablets. I don't know if these can be redistributed but, if not, this is a disgraceful waste of drugs.

What a breath of fresh air Tom and his team are!
Service like it used to be !
A Friendly welcome, helpful, not queuing for ages, staff coming to you to ask if they could help,
went for flu and covid jabs no endless forms to complete just details taken all done in no time at all.
Tom said when we needed a jab to ring and he 'would fit us in'. Yes that's exactly what happened.
As a bonus a lovely cafe across the bridge and friendly Swans/ Geese on the river( Never know which) altogether a great afternoon.
