Such a rude solicitor I spoke to. He was so rude and very very unprofessional. I asked if he takes appeal matters, he said yes. When I said my uncle had a solicitor but they don’t deal with appeal matters that’s why we need a solicitor that can appeal he started to be rude and said that it’s unfair I need to support those who never had a solicitor, I can understand that but the way he treated me on the phone was unacceptable he could of mentioned this in a kind way. My uncle literally has a few days left to stay in the uk, his in a tough situation. He is not the only solicitor that can deal with my uncles case but the way he spoke was as if he desperately needed him when that’s not the case. I definitely wouldn’t have wanted such a rude solicitor like him anyway, I just had to close the phone due to his ego. All I did was explain the situation you could have spoken in a nice way. I don’t recommend this solicitor to anyway as he will put you in such a bad mood and give you stress because what he absolutely done was ruin my day, already when I am dealing with my uncles situation he put stress onto that. I literally thought I was speaking to a receptionist at the beginning when he said his a solicitor I got shocked. He does not have good communication skills, very rude and very argumentative.

I had an appointment booked and the person who saw me was very professional and listened to me whilst taking notes. It was nice to be able to explain my issues without being cut off mid sentence.

Just visited the centre to check if I can get any legal advice on my case. The man whom I met on doorstep was actually not a legal advisor but the “judge” itself who had the intellectual capacity to capacity to conclude my as “not good enough “ even with out basically understanding it. Harrow law centre has got rudest, racist etc staffs on the planet!

After trying to get their attention for months I won't know as they won't help. Too much work, not enough people I'll assume... There's virtually no help for my type of people clearly... My one star is for the months they ignored my pleas...

I recently had a dispute with Universal Credit. After they rejected my mandatory reconsideration, I was hopeless but found the number of the Harrow Law Center online. I called and managed to speak to Mr David Martinez. He listened to my story, and got me an appoitment for the following week. Long story short, we won our case even before it went to tribunal. He was helpful, supportive, and very professional. We are very grateful for him and the Harrow Law center. Thank you again, for helping us in our case, thank you for believing in us. Misleading as they do not help with many matters. Called for help and told they cant deal with a service matter.

Called asking if they can review any good firms locally. No was the answer and to use the Law Society website, which essentially is a database of 10,000+ firms. No help at all from them.

Should not be called "Harrow Law" is misleading.

There is an angel inside Harrow Law Centre, her name is Lisa Doake.
I was in a dispute with Home Office for almost 2 years, She always very patient in listening to me (my first language is not English).
I was tired of telling the same story over and over again.
I asked more than 20 lawyers for help and this angel called Lisa Doake took my case and we won!
