It took Hallett and Co over 6 months to respond to enquiries and complete a simple task (way-leaves for utility companies), despite my calling and emailing daily. I instructed my own solicitor to chase them as well as their own clients (neighbours owning the access road we wanted to lay utilities under), along with the utility companies for months to absolutely no avail.. We were all ignored.

Because of the horrific and extensive delay Hallett and Co (specifically Andrew Donik) caused to the project, we ran past the construction loan expiry date and consequently, are incurring daily interest, now bankruptcy and insolvency are imminent. We've had to sell our home (before we're evicted), with nowhere else to go and our clients for the project in Tenterden will lose the entirety of their funds. Hallett and Co were entirely aware of what was at stake and still I was ignored (and then they charged us for it!!). Don’t use this unless company- they don’t work hard if at all.
