Haleys Solicitors Ltd assisted me with my spousal visa to UK and successful resolution.

Initially I had support from Mr Hussain who was kind, patient, professional and courteous. Mr Savas Kaya then handled all of the process thereafter and was knowledgable, professional and very thorough.

Once you pay over the fee, it is not refundable so you have to trust that the team will deliver their best and besides some minor admin challenges which were resolved, I believe they did.

Immigration solicitor Helpline put us in touch with Haleys Socitors.
Both parties mis-sold what was possible with a visa application for a severely unwell, elderly relative coming to the uk to be cared for by his Daughter and only available carer.

They pressurised my wife into parting with significant fee, promising that his case would be dealt with quickly with a very strong likelihood of
Visa being granted.

They then stalled with processing the application for many weeks and required constant chasers to progress. When ready, the visa application was poorly written and inaccurate. We also learned that the visa type they were applying for had an extremely low success rate- something that should have been made clear at the start.

Based on this we had to decide not to proceed with the application and Hayley’s solicitors- proceeding would incur significant further costs on top of what we have already lost.
