I tried to arrange a Notary Service today (18.09.2023). I called at 15:11 and spoke to the receptionist. She advised me to send an email as the solicitor who offers notary services is in court today. I said I am driving and I am unable to write anything down. I asked her to email me so I can reply to the email later when I'm no longer driving. She refused so I hung up 'cos I asked several times and she wouldn't take my email address. This receptionist has cost your firm new business. I was a lead and because she couldn't be asked to take my email address you have lost new business. My request was perfectly reasonable but she didn't want to do any work from her end in order to establish a working relationship. Unbelievable how little she values business coming from new clients.
