Richard has been amazing! Helped me through every process of getting my new job which I am super excited to start! He was very supportive but also made me feel relaxed at the same time! Richard has been fantastic from beginning to end.
With an informal chat to see where I was in my career and a view of where I wanted to go and to understand me better as a person.
Once in the formal pipe for a role job description and expectations were clearly outlined with all details to be expected communicated clearly and appropriately.
Formal interviews with the company followed in which Richard ensured I was prepared and touched base after to see how I felt and if I felt the role still aligned.
