Dreadful service so far, have been trying to have my late fathers will released for six days have made numerous phone calls sent two emails supplied photographic evidence of mine and my brothers ID (who lives in the states) made yet another call today and it was switched from (all our operators are busy you are in a queue) to Voicemail so i left a voicemail asking for a call back and no call. Dealing with a bereavement is stressful enough without having this to deal with. They have been quick enough to take £12 a year out of my fathers bank account since 1994 it’s a shame they are not quick in responding to there clients bereaved relatives.

They simply don’t respond. Trying to sort out the release of a will and they really don’t care. Avoid
