I have no idea how this company is in business and a real shame since I need to spend considerable money on services they claim to offer.

Was after a new commercial fire alarm system, external and internal fire doors and some general remedial advice from a professional - I would imagine thousands in spend.

Put in a contact request around 11th Feb 2022 (it may have been later but there system does not generate auto-email repsonses), heard nothing and chased them up on 19th Feb 2022 - lady answered the phone with "Hello" and seemed very confused throughout the conversation. She agreed it was not good service that nothing has been followed up and said she would pass on my disappointment to the manager.

Slow forward to 23/02, saw a missed call off a Wrexham number, called back again, to a "hello" answer (this is supposed to be a business!) and I explained what I was after, although the lady was unsure whether they did Fire Alarms....

Passed to "Steve Nicholls" who again just answered with "hello" and I had to coax even his name out of him - bizarre. After a weirdly dismissive tone, explained my situation and he said they couldn’t help....despite myself wanting a fire alarm system and them being a fire alarm systems provider I called Steve out on his tone and he just sighed and we both agreed to just end the call.

Steve - Looking on LinkedIn you seem to at least be a director of this company and the whole journey from trying to get your guys on the phone to the way you spoke this afternoon is disappointing. Apologies if you were having a bad day, but my three points of contact with Grosvenor have been confusing and unprofessional and believe you need to be called out on it.

Jackson Fire and Dee Fire got in contact the next day, were friendly and polite in tone and arranged to come for a site visit within days - understand you do not do FIRE doors, but neither do they, they provide Fire Systems.

You can do so much better.
