I had an awful experience with this firm while handling the conveyancing for a property purchase, which I ultimately withdrew from. My main point of contact was Michele Spiden, and her lack of professionalism made the entire process a nightmare. Michele always replied late to emails, to the point that I frequently had to chase her for updates. At one point, I spent an entire week trying to reach her, only to discover she’d received a reply from the seller’s solicitors a week earlier and hadn’t even bothered to forward it to me.

Every phone conversation felt rushed, as if she couldn’t end it fast enough, and any question I asked seemed like an inconvenience. This unresponsiveness and lack of attention added significant stress to an already difficult process.

Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend their services due to the complete lack of reliability and professionalism.
