It is because of them that my visit to the Hospital will not take place. I ordered a taxi early so as not to worry that it would not arrive on time, of course it did not arrive!!!! and the lady from the Infoline lies non-stop, inventing different stories every now and then why the taxi did not arrive on time. I waited 30 minutes after the time, which is not short since I ordered it well in advance. Please stay away. Be careful.!!!
Now I am left without a visit Hospital and I have to wait again because of Them

I've used this service twice today. First time the car used was absolutely filthy, smelled of stale food and cigarette smoke. Second time just now actually 20 min late, called dispatcher, woman's voice, extraordinary rude, got told that taxi's on it's way however the driver informed me that he was half way home when called back to go to my destination. Even though I've booked it through the app 12h before. Rubbish, just pay couple of £ more and get an Uber is what I take from it.

Travelled from Illingworth Avenue to Normanton yesterday early evening.
The driver was very friendly and helpfuĺ.
Myself and my 92 year old Aunt were impressed. He is an asset to your company.

Very unprofessional and rude drivers. I have used it twice because I saw one on the road . Shockingly today the driver switched off the price and hiked the price three times from what I had paid last week. When I asked him why he did that, he said because I had asked for a round trip. His tone and manner was harsh and made it look like he was doing me a favour.

Avoid them like the plague they are.
