My experience with this law firm was extremely satisfying the staff are very helpful and friendly they make you feel like family. Grazing hill law partners helped me with my immigration leave to remain matter. I have been going to them for advice for a number of years before it was time to make my application and the path they put me on got my matter granted on the first try. I would like to say a massive thank you for everything you have done and would would like to recommend this law firm to anyone that needs legal help.

I did a legal aid application with this firm and they did not respect the process and their duty. I went to court on my own and the judge did not adjourn the case because he said your solicitor firm is wrong and should have made an urgent legal aid application.

One of the solicitor of the firm was very rude to me on the phone and not willing to help because she said was not in charge of my case and then hanged up on my face ... It’s unbelievable to see solicitors act that way and they have already a lot of bad reviews for their very poor service.

The firm even gave me wrong advice ... they basically worsen my case and I am going to make a serious complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

I really advise to don’t use this firm if you wish to win your case.

Totally unprofessional and dangerously incompetent. I went to them with a serious but clear case of harrassment by my local authority and was allocated the office junior who left halfway through. There was no communication and the replacement solicitor had no idea of the details of the case and no consideration of my health condition.

Rude, ignorant and totally useless. I dealt with the case myself and won.
