Litton House, is managed by a 'David 'Fountain' - An absolute control freak. Business office License started on 1st March 2022, and David Fountain decided to end the license 'forthwith' 3 days later. Why? Because I build computers and 'will use too much electricity and internet'. I informed David of my business use intentions before moving in. Wasted my time and money - I needed to hire a van to move into the office and to move out. On top of this, it took over 3 weeks to recover my deposit. Waste of time and effort. My insurance demanded that my rooms door lock is fitted with a BS3621 lock, else I cannot be insured at Litton House as it is on the ground floor. David turned into a a sour drama queen when I requested to add a BS2361 lock at my own expense. How are any of your other clients insured exactly? There are dozens of offices, none without a B2361 lock - and on the ground floor? Wow. A horrible experience. Might seem tempting because the offices are available on 'short term basis', but be prepared to move out within days if David says so. Avoid! To further add salt to this experience, I explicitly asked David to inform the cleaners NOT to clean my office due to expensive equipment and insurance would not allow this, the cleaners literally WALKED INTO MY OFFICE on day 1 and 2 triggering all my alarms. Disgraceful service from day 1.
