I got their contact from a colleague with high recommendation. At first I called and received a quote from James, he was about to open a file for us but we decided not to proceed with this offer. He was very friendly and patient about it. About a month later I phoned again for another property and the whole process was very pleasant. Olive was prompt in keeping in touch and explaining the terms in conveyancying, giving us good advice.
They were very responsive -- every phone call was picked up right away, and every email was replied usually on the same day (sometimes within minutes) which we were extremely thankful for because our biggest fear was to be kept in the dark. Thankfully Olive and James helped us through the scary process and we have recommended them to our friends.

A few years back it was the first time I went through Court Proceedings, this was to help get some form of custody sorted for my child, I had raised numerous points (which upon further advice from other law firms could have drastically helped at the time) most of the documentation etc I had initially provided was not used to argue my side, the bare minimum was put forward. At the time I was trapped fighting a losing battle and at one point I received a call from these 'solicitors' and that turned into a back and forth argument?
Basically it was mentioned that I hadn't seen my son?
To that I replied that I had, then again they were arguing with me that I didn't? The fact that they insinuated I was lying then proved to me they weren't helping, was more than enough reason for me to ditch them and find a proper Law firm for assistance. Funny thing is that they were recommended to me then failed horribly to meet expectations. DO NOT RECOMMEND, NEVER USED AGAIN.
