I needed to make a new Will and do 2 LPAs. I contacted Jonathan and he did them in a very friendly, professional manner, explaining the procedures and giving valuable advice. He has today handed me my completed documents, giving me peace of mind. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to contact Jonathan if they need a new Will or Legal Power of Attorneys. Jonathan was professional and compassionate from the moment we contacted him to help my mum create her new will/set up an LPA, to when it was complete. After viewing Gradient's website I gave them a 4 star posting, I have since, with good reason, upgraded this to 5 stars.
