2025. Banstead branch. Categorically the worst experience. Everything was done over email, but emails weren’t acknowledged, I had to keep asking them to acknowledge receipt of emails as you wouldn’t get replies for literally weeks. For all you know, you send them to the ether. Some documents weren’t received by them as the file was too big, but you wouldn’t know as they never replied!! I did the purchase with them previously so assumed they would have all the documents on file. This is not the case. They gave me incorrect legal advice which I became aware of from the BUYERS solicitor. You cannot trust them to reliably manage your sale or purchase. It seemed as though they had taken on too many jobs and had no control/ or management of the sale. There was no ownership and I was doing a lot of leg work to try and keep sale/purchase moving. If you want a stress free sale or purchase, for the sake of your sanity, do not instruct this firm.
