Dominic has saved the day for us on 2 separate occasions and on short notice!

We contacted a number of solicitors in the Gloucester region to support our mortgage but was given a number for Dominic who was one of the only people who were offering a signature witness and ID verification due to Covid. With me being in South Wales and my father in Gloucester, I needed confirmation of a gift towards our deposit which Dominic was amazing and flexible in supporting getting it done and at a very reasonable price!

Following this we needed another form to be signed which was a frustration but Dominic was quick to help and by the following day it was done!

Can’t thank Dominic enough. He’s the difference between me getting my mortgage processed before the cut off of the free stamp duty!
