We had to find a local solicitors to look after our conveyencing after having an offer accepted on a property in Lowestoft.
We presently live in Berkshire and it's a 4hr drive on average so we needed a company we could trust and work with.

Enquired for my partner about their services, they refused to speak to me at all, I was only interested in finding out if they would be a good fit, rude, arrogant lady on the phone, spoke down to me like the sht on her shoe. Definitely not going to work and definitely don’t deserve 4.6 stars. I can see why they offer 30 mins for free. Ridiculous
