The security team that lookafter my current residence (especially Achmed) and the director of the company Jeanette went out of their way to help me when I was having trouble to keep my motorbike safe. They went out if their way to try and secure me a parking space within the building and I couldn't thank them enough for their kindness and support. They are all very friendly and very easy to talk to. Jeanette even made sure to call me and check up on me to see if there is anything else she could help me with. From my initial contact with Rasheed I knew I was in good hands and had approached the right security company. Not only were my home security needs met but what was delivered exceeded my expectations, with a quick turnaround from my initial enquiry to completion of the work. I want to leave a complaint about this company, which is not to be trusted, I paid 250 for my door supervisor course in January I did the course filling from 9 in the morning until 16:00 oh 17:00 in the afternoon, when the day of the exam came, we all had to do the exam on paper and pencil which is not reliable at all, And today, May 1st, 4 months have passed and they didn't send me any results of the exam or contact me, I had to contact them to see what was happening. On top of that when I contacted the manager Jorge and told him that I want my money back, and he told me that I have to do the course again, and I am not available to start and attend the classes, from my point of view this company is not professional at all, and above all they do not want to return the money after waiting 4 months
