Globetrot Consultancy Services Limited helped us make a short visit visa application for our parents to visit us in the U.K. When we approached them, our parents had already been refused. Gina at Globetrot was so comforting and understanding of the whole situation that after our first phone call, for the first time we felt at ease. Through out the process of the application, we felt that Gina was on our side, giving us her full support and advise when we needed it. Our application was successful and a great weight was lifted off our shoulder. This summer our parents will spend some quality time with their children and grand children and we have Gina to thank for. A very professional and helpful service was provided to us. Everyone beware of this lawer. Please read my experience. Fraud Alert.
This lawyer did not know what he was doing with my husband’s visa. He gave me all of the wrong information which resulted in my husbands visa being rejected. He then carried on lying and saying that the visa centre did not want my husband to get his visa and that they lied. After I done my own research I noticed that what Mr Mtisi told me was lies. I confronted him, he admitted to it and refunded me the money I paid him.
However, the money I spent for my husband visa and all of the documents I had to prepare that were incorrect, and flat I had to buy and pay for for months, resulted in losing a lot of money not to mention a whole year wasted of our lives including a lot of stress, sadness, disappointments.
He would hang up the phone on me. He would not reply to my messages and make lies up like he did not see them (they were always read). He would say he would meet me at a certain time then close his door and not answer any of his three phones when I would call. He gave me incorrect documents before leaving the UK which resulted in me having to print everything a day before my husband Biometric appointment. He made me pay for TWO visa applications. I asked over and over again for him to email the visa centre or call them to get my refund as that was his mistake, he just ignored me. He went on holiday and did not inform me but plan for me to meet him at his office after work. Some other person did not show up for his appointment and soon as I went into his office I had his wife jump down my throat for something that I had no idea about, I had to explain that I am not the person she was thinking of. She laughed and walked away. What type of professionalism is that?
His employees left the job because of how much of a bad person Mr Mtisi is.
Everyone beware. He is a fraud. He is overcharged. He does not know what he is doing. He is not educated at all. He lies. He does not respond to you at all. He made everything a nightmare. He should be ashamed of himself. I have proof, every message every email, every text. This man need to be out of this job. Again, everybody he is a FRAUD.
