Always professional, honest and trustworthy as well as going the extra mile to go above and beyond to support us and our tennant. Maintenance issues were resolved promptly and without fuss. We have recently completed on the purchase of our new home and sold our previous home. From the start of our journey of selling our home Farooq has been very responsive and getting things done. Farooq was able to bring in many prospective buyers who were genuinely interested.
When we got an offer Farooq was able to help us agree on an offer which we were over the moon about.
We would highly recommend Farooq, you would be choosing someone who learns about your property and is able to communicate things well to prospective buyers. Not to mention a wonderful guy!

As a British Citizen living in Melbourne Australia, I have used the letting services of Glenhall for 7 years.

Also, recently to sell my 1 bedroom flat in New Southgate N11.

Having known Farooq and his understanding of lettings, I decided he was the best representitive to alleivate the process of procuring a legal conveyancer and for Glenhall Estates to market the flat.

Well, I could ask for no more. Clear communication from Farooq and his understanding of the timings and completion. Also, delicatley communicating with (myself!) the conveyancer, tenants and the buyer.
