We approached Glanvilles Damant to help with the sale of our property after our previous solicitor failed to solve the problems encountered with the Land Registry. Julia Whitter and her assistant Rebecca Staff were outstanding, professional, very experienced, approachable and kind. It took a great deal of tenacity on both Julia and Rebecca's part to doggedly pursue the issues until they were solved and our sale went through last week. We are extremely grateful to them both and would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking for a company that treats you as a valued client. Fees were very fair and a great deal less than the previous solicitor who failed to complete the task.

Julia Whitter & Rebecca Staff took on our sale in Leicestershire and our purchase on the Isle of Wight when our solicitors was closed down when we were almost at exchange of contracts. Both worked very hard to get the sale and purchase through in 5 weeks, enabling us to be in our new home for Christmas. They worked long and hard to get this done, despite our buyers solicitor doing everything in her power to be both rude and difficult and unprofessional. I cannot rate Julia and Rebecca highly enough. They made what had become a difficult and at times heartbreaking situation much easier to deal with. They were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable in the way they dealt with us and went over and above to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Well done ladies. You were incredible.

I fully agree with previous reviews from Shirley and Rhys, Julia and Rebecca made the process more or less painless and dealt with mostly everything within 24 hours which was much appreciated. I would recommend them to buying or selling a property which I am doing both at the moment and have sold my late father's house and just waiting to get into my own property in the next few months. If you're buying or selling a property you won't get a more professional company.
The staff on reception are very professional. We dealt with Julia Whitter and Rebecca Staff.
You do not have to chase them to get things moving,if they say they are going to do something you know it will be done.
The company charge a very fair fee, there are no hidden agenda's, it's just a pleasure to deal with them.
