No stars, Awful company, I previously received no correspondence, again accused of being dishonest.
How on earth are they a solictors when they clearly have no empathy or understanding towards their clients.
I received a parking ticket, machine was not working or user friendly now they are asking for £170.00. This is a scam, threatening me with court action and CCJ's is totally unacceptable.

People you dont have to pay them, they dont have any permissions is scammers because parking was private land is not council. All they can do is just sending letters. Ignor them.

Absolutely shocking company, not willing to help or support anyone. They send claims to County Court without speaking to you. Which leaves a CCJ on your credit file. Basically ruining everything for 6years

Don’t pay them just take it to Court and they won’t turn up simply because it’s not worth it for them. the judge will dismiss the case straightaway. they make their money from people who are scared of going to court and pay up before that.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Barely answer the phone and when they do they are rude, interrupt you, and lie. They lied to me about any time to appeal and then blamed me when I didn’t know. Terrible company. Should be shut down honestly.

If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Rang up to speak about one of their clients and half way through explaining the chap on the other end just hanged up. Absolute disgrace.

This company is fraud company i paid £288 for my ticket and i asked to how they remove to country court judgments from my credit they said they can’t removed and the staff was so rude to me.
