Having just bought a Volvo from GKS of Ivybridge. I was very impressed with the service, provided. Although I organised a test drive of a different car, through circumstances beyond our control I was able to test drive the Volvo as well. The service by Ashley was great explaining the process. Overall I would highly recommend purchasing a used car from them!

The most wonderful experience from start to finish at GKS. John was so helpful and genuinely really lovely to talk to. Great customer service. Due to living over 250 miles away from GKS I needed the communication and detail to be honest, which it was. Using WhatsApp I was given every detail and update I could want and this gave me confidence. My car was exactly as described and prepared to a high standard and I can’t fault their service. Firstly, big apologies for the time its taken to post this but just wanted to thank Ashley and the team at GKS of Ivybridge for the top quality service I received back in Sept 2024 when I purchased my Audi A4 Avant from them. I hadn't bought a car for over 10 years so had been waiting to find both the right vehicle and dealer. GKS was it from the start! Great quality car, honest description and the service from Ashley was communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the process. They really seem to care about the customer experience.

The car has been running perfectly (so far!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bought an amazing BMW 3 Series from GKS. I am from London and would never travel as far as Plymouth to purchase a car. After reading all the amazing reviews on GKS I decided it may just be worth it. Its been 2 weeks since I bought the car and I can confidently say; the level of service I received from Ashley at GKS has set the bar extremely high.

Ashley ensured the vehicle had a fresh MOT with no majors/advisories, full clean of the vehicle, full refurb of ALL 4 alloys and a FULL TANK. Wow!
