This review refers to the 2 individuals that worked closely with us, Arwel Jones and his PA Tracy Williams, it does not cover a less positive experience that we have had through exchanges with another senior Director at this company.Had we included this person, it would have significantly reduced our rating.
Arwel and Tracy have been quick to respond to all emails, message etc, even when things have been very busy due to the stamp duty holiday and market conditions. Arwel has worked weekends, and very long hours, yet has managed to be available to us at all times, and has done everything that one would hope of him He has remained well ahead of the other solicitors involved in our chain, and can be relied upon and trusted.
We would strongly recommend both Arwel and Tracy, and we will return to use their services again in the future
