I am a UK citizen living in Portugal. My remote working visa application for Portugal was denied, and as my 90/180 days were almost up, I needed to appeal the consulate's decision ASAP! I found Giambrone online at 10.30am and by 2.30pm was on a call with Rute Lourenço, one of their solicitors. She was very helpful in confirming my suspicions as to why it was denied, and recommended the best course of action to take in my appeal. I drafted my appeal letter, amassed the correct evidence, and had it quickly checked by Rute before getting it submitted before the end of the day! For the reassurance that I wasn't going to muck it up (again) it was money well spent on a very efficient, knowledgeable and professional solicitor.

(I then got very lucky with the consulate- their usual wait time for appeals is 3 weeks, and somehow 5 days later their original decision was overturned. Happy Days, for now. Next step, full residency.)

Completely useless. Go somewhere else. They couldn't even answer a simple question considering our family already had obtained Italian Citizenship through juris sanguinis last year. The minor issue did not affect our claim to entitlement.

I asked for a quote for the 46 family members who had now decided that they wanted to get Italian Citizenship because we were successful and they didn't want to miss out. I explained all this and all they kept crapping on about was fill this form out so they could do an initial assessment to see if we were eligible. Er what? We have already been successful you twits. We just wanted someone to represent us as our current lawyers wanted to charge us 30,000 euros. It was a pretty simple request but they couldn't even get that through their pea sized brain.

I was also told that they would have to split my family members up and file smaller claims as the court would not allow such a large claim. Wrong. Our successful application had 38 applicants on that claim and there wasn't any issue. This firm has no clue as to what they're talking about.

Seriously, go somewhere else!

Giambrone helped me get the citizenship i was after and to say they were helpful is an understatement.
The process took the best part of a year, but throughout the process Andreu and the team guided me along the whole process (in english) and were always really prompt to responses to questions i had.
I really can't recommend them enough if you are looking for this sort of service. Happy to give them 5 stars for sure.
