I would have one word of advise for anyone thinking about using this firm: AVOID.
My experience is that they lack an in depth knowledge of the subject matter and are somewhat less than transparent.
If you are seeking compensation regarding pension transfer advise provided by an Adviser/Firm no longer in business, I would urge you to deal with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme directly.
The process is straightforward and FSCS staff are very helpful.
There is no need to pay thousands of pounds to firms like Gemini Legal for what amounts to a couple of hours work.

Needed an update and phoned a few times only to be answered by a machine saying leave my details and someone would get back to me. This did not happen. I finally did get through by ringing at 9.03 am. When I said I had had difficulty getting through I was told it was because the phone lines did not open until 9.00 am. Whats that all about, I rang 3 minutes after 9. Hope it gets better going forward.
