Genuinely had a really positive experience with GD Property Solicitors from start to finish. Jamie handled our sale and she was amazing, straight talking, on the ball and easy to communicate with.

Really competitively priced conveyancing service, we found them really proactive in progressing the purchase, if it wasn't for the sellers traditional solicitors slow pace, we could have completed much earlier than we did!

It was really refreshing and reassuring being able to have a direct dial to Jamie and her team to discuss any queries and the progress.

Would highly recommend and definitely use them again in the future.

I found GD property solicitors through google reviews, so I feel like it's only right to pay it forward and leave a review for anyone else who has no clue where to go! I have just had a truly 5 star experience with GD and more specifically Jamie. The process was very smooth and Jamie was always incredibly helpful and attentive with any questions or concerns I had - I had a lot as a first time buyer! She was easy to get hold of and was always a phone call away (I've heard some will leave you in the dark for ages). GD's services are also a lot more affordable than other places I had enquired with. Jamie really is such an asset to her team and I am so grateful that she made buying a home such a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with GD Legal/GD Property Solicitors. They provided me with incorrect information regarding land ownership, which led to significant issues down the line. Their communication was poor throughout the process, and much of the work seemed to be handled by junior staff who came across as inexperienced and incompetent. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services read reviews carefully before investing time and money with this firm.

We had a terrible experience with this firm—unprofessional, slow, and frustrating from start to finish. I have debated whether to leave a review for some time, but I feel it's important to share our experience. We chose this firm based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience did not match the glowing feedback others have shared. We instructed GD Legal at the end of January 2024, and the property purchase was only completed in mid-May. In the final four weeks, I had to take the lead on the case myself due to ongoing delays. While I won’t name the caseworker, as I don’t think it would be fair, they clearly require significant training and support. I would not recommend this firm based on our experience.

Maisie has been fantastic from start to completion, answering all my many questions promptly and knowledgeably.

I was referred by a friend who had also recently had a very positive experience and I'm so glad I went with them. Fees are reasonable, the app they use was helpful for submitting and signing documents and keeping up to date on where we were on proceedings and fees were good for the level of service and knowledge I received.

I would definitely recommend GD solicitors for those that want to take the hassle out of house purchasing.

Again a massive shout out to Maisie who was wonderful all the way through, a fantastic asset to the company and really helpful and prompt throughout.
