I initially chose Gateway Mediation with the expectation of receiving a professional and efficient service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. I found myself having to repeatedly follow up with the mediator for updates, and I did not receive a clear explanation of the process. When I reached out to a senior member of the team for further clarification, I was assured that I would receive a call to explain the process and address my concerns about the lack of communication. Regrettably, I never received that follow-up. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering other mediation services if you value your time and require more reliable support.

Avoid!!! This was a really appalling experience with one of Gateways lead mediators. There was not much impartiality or thought going on & the impression I got once we got to the mediation was that we were entrusting someone who was coasting along in their job and more interested in fees. If it's about your children, its worth paying someone more to help with something so crucial and do it properly with a person actually invested in helping you resolve things.
