Please, Do Not Use this firm. Almost 3 years after losing our family member we are no further forward than we were 2 years ago, totally unprofessional, un compassionate and incapable of handling a will. Conveyancing is their forte .. nothing more it appears, we only wish we were at the conveyancing stage! Please, walk on!!!

Do NOT use this firm ! Totally incapable in carrying out their job . So much stress caused by Paul . As a family , we are at our wits end , no communication , lack of responsibility , just excuses . After losing a member of the family , we did not need this firm to make things worse

I cannot stress enough, DO NOT use this solicitor! Incredibly unprofessional, rude and non-existent communication (at one point I left daily voicemails with his receptionist for 2 weeks with no call back so had to visit his office to get any response)! Paul generally made a very difficult time even more challenging and prolonged our house sale AND probate for months and months.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY - Awful, just awful. Nothing positive to say about Paul, under qualified and completely unprofessional. Check the other reviews, this guy takes your money and wastes your time. Lucky if he actually manages to do what you pay him for so long as you don’t mind waiting months. Incredibly rude person with no respect for clients. There are many other options out there with great reviews - not this guy. 0/5

We have in good faith instructed this company - Paul Gardiner, to update our wills and deal with two conveyancing matters 7 months ago.
They have proven highly unprofessional no calls or e mails have been replied to despite numerous attempts on our part to move things on.
I can only advise others to look at other firms as we are now doing!
