I worked for G2 Legal for almost 6 years and I can genuinely say it is the best place I have ever worked. This company has a real family feel throughout each office and the culture is great! With annual Christmas parties and monthly meals out, as well as a great commission structure, this company will give you all the potential to earn excellent rewards! Annette, who is the MD, genuinely has time for every single employee no matter what it is. The company has an excellent in-house trainer who will help you develop your career further and alongside the support, guidance and management of senior members and team leaders, you can certainly become a great recruiter!

I tried to call someone due to a job going in the Lincoln area that they were recruiting for that I thought I had the right skill set for and just wanted to speak more about the job role. I spoke to a colleague who said that he would forward the message from me and he would call me back and to just send my CV in etc. I didn't hear anything back within the week so I gave another call and they said they would email him to let him know to call me back. Still nothing. Quite disappointed and found it really unprofessional.

I applied through this awful company and in the space of 2 days they called me 14 times on no caller ID, every 10 minutes while I was at work.

I know it was them as when I answered the caller identified herself as from G2 legal.

However when I complained a ridiculous woman lied to me and said the company never calls on no caller ID they only call on Midlands numbers. How embarrassing as to lie on such a level, when I answered a NO CALLER ID CALL to a woman saying she’s from G2 legal.

I have sceenshots of all the calls.

Would not recommend ever dealing with this company they will harass you until you want to throw your phone out of the window, and then lie even when there’s evidence.

Awful company DO NOT RECOMMEND.
