Rob was so helpful and knowledgeable. We contacted him after seeing an offer to have our Wills written free of charge (something we kept meaning to do but not getting round to it). Not only was Rob brilliant at sorting this out for us but he also looked at our current life insurance policies, made sure they provided the best cover and managed to get us a better deal so we are actually now paying less. We stumbled across Future Life at a baby show and although slightly nervous there was some sort of catch, Trish was so lovely and reassured me there was no fee and no pressure. I passed my details over and a few weeks later Trish got in touch and helped to arrange an appointment that suited us (the appointment times were really flexible and were able to offer us multiple dates and times meaning we were able to get the chaos of bedtime out of the way). Rob was great at explaining everything to us and getting our Wills written. We discussed our current life insurance policy and Rob was able to get us a much better offer so we made the decision to switch but there was absolutely no pressure and Rob was very transparent during the whole process. We received our Wills quickly and now have appropriate life insurance cover. We are very happy with the service we’ve received (and that we FINALLY have Wills, something we have been saying for years we will get sorted and just never got round to!)

The meeting with Rob over the phone was great. He listened to all we had to say and was very down to earth and easy to communicate with. As this is a small family business, you could really feel the care going into the conversation. We didn't know anything about wills prior to the meeting, and Rob really took his time explaining everything to us thoroughly. He sent us a few draft and when we were happy with the end result he sent them to us in the post. The whole transaction was very professional, helpful, honest, thorough and timely. My husband David and I met Rob and Trish at the Baby and Toddler Show at Sandown Park. Although this is not somewhere you would expect to discuss a will, it is a very important aspect that us as new parents hadn’t discussed.
