I would like to share my experience working with Funnell and Perring Solicitors for the conveyancing of my flat purchase in St Leonards on Sea. All in all, they provided a very, professional service. They knew their stuff and handled everything with competence.

They were always very responsive to my questions and were always quick to get back to me. Budget-wise, they stuck to the figures with no surprises.

My flat purchase did come with some complex issues, but Funnell and Perring tackled them admirably and managed to get every done in time before the mortgage offer ran out

I would like to thank Beth and Annabel for their role in driving my flat purchase through. They were not just professional but also approachable and efficient. Their friendly approach made the whole experience considerably less fraught and more pleasant.
