I needed to get a Will sorted out so I phoned around a few solicitors and Fuller's were most helpful and one of the best prices.
They were efficient, personable and explained the whole process. The Will was all sorted within two weeks. Excellent service!

Mike King and his department were diligent and demonstrated their experience in assisting us with the purchase of our new home. Although at times communication was quiet and we had to politely nudge for an update - the process was thorough and all came together for completion which we were delighted about. I would certainly recommend Mike and his team if you're looking for professional help in either the sale or purchase of your new home. James & Clare Bavington.

Patient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Sensible choices suggested for possible action. Time given for necessary decision making, both in the office and for any contemplation at home. Sympathetic and listening ears given to your individual circumstances. Personal interest and care demonstrably present. A great support at a difficult time.

Missed out the deal due to their delay on responding pre-contract queries(have taken 5 weeks time for simple/straight-forward queries), not bothered to provide S106 copy and answering like it doesn't matter for buyer despite of the fact local council can provide this copy free of charge. *"Continuous false promises about completion date by seller and delaying tactics by Fullers"*.

Seller proposed the completion date 23rd Nov, I noticed to my landlord to end the tenancy and done all the preparations for aiming 23rd Nov. Later he has changed and agreed for the completion date 30th November. So I requested my solicitor prepare for the sale to complete by 30th Nov. Fullers Solicitors delayed pre-contract enquiries reply until 23rd Nov. No clarity/transparent communication by them on when they will be clearing up the pre-contract enquries.
Almost chased/requested/begged them thru my solicitor and estate agents to reply back to confirm the completion date. In fact their estate agent alerted me by saying, "I will be homeless if I am keep waiting for their reply and missing out my current tenancy". Fullers Solicitors had given Dual/Conflict response to estate agent and buyers solicitors. (To estate agent, "pre-contract enquiries already been replied/sending out today/sent yesterday and sent thru DX courier" whereas to buyers solicitor "we're waiting for seller's response. If we ask seller he used to reply "given all the documents to Fullers".) Almost most stressful/painful part of my life on chasing Fullers and Seller on completion date and pre-contract enquiries, at one stage secured temporary accommodation by spending £1000 and requested to complete the sale before Nov or another alternative date of 5th Dec. After losing £1000 to sort out my temporary accommodation and decided to wait and give more time for Fullers to reply back pre-contract queries, All of the sudden S106 jumped out of the sky and they sent very rude email with S106 copy to exchange the contract just one hour before EOD with threatening message like "else deal will be cancelled".

In the initial discussion itself I mentioned this to Seller about my unavailability on December and requested him to complete the sale transaction before December. Unfortunately seller and Fullers solicitor has taken over 5 weeks time to clear pre-contract enquiries( it seems deliberately delayed by them). I am already in the loss of £2500 arranging the temporary accommodation, Document search, Mortgage, survey fees and advance booking for movers and packers, reschedule my work and holidays when every time seller change the completion date. Both Fullers/Seller not willing to adjust completion date either by prepone 2 days or postpone OR not willing to listen buyers concerns, just pulled out the deal by gifting loads of financial and emotional stress to me.

Awful!! Shame i can't give zero stars.
Tried to contact them by email about some commercial work required. Not even the decency for a reply after a week. Called twice to be told on second occasion they are too busy.....Christ knows how if they don't even respond to people! With a new property lease also needed plus other commercial legal advice ongoing you'd think at £250ph min in the current climate they'd want the work. Avoid.
