My mother in law lives locally to the owner, the smoke detectors went off when cooking and the fire alarm wouldn't silence. After a Facebook plea Imran offered his assistance and helped us silence the alarm. The apartment block is registered with a different company, and they couldn't get to us for over an hour.
Imran came and was brilliant. Definitely recommend him. He was polite and helpful.
