When my partner passed away last year, his family and I contacted Freeman Brothers in Horsham to arrange his funeral. The service we received from them was outstanding and when my mother passed away in May this year, I had no hesitation in contacting them again to arrange her funeral. On both occasions, our initial appointment and subsequent contact was with Alex who was extremely friendly, sympathetic and helpful and made the whole process so easy for us. Both funeral services went without a hitch thanks to their professionalism and experience. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend Freeman Brothers to anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of losing a loved one.

This is the 2nd time we have used Freemans funeral service and found it to be very professional, efficient and the people very kind, empathetic and patient at an obviously very difficult time!
Alex was very informative and responsive at the intial stages of contact and planning. Tina then sat us down and advised us on all aspects of our dad's funeral. We were really pleased that she secured us a date and time at the chapel of our choice. She also recommended a celebrant for us called Hadge Hughes who I must say made the service a joy to behold and caught the mood brilliantly. Well done Tina & Hadge. The funeral team on the day were so professional and kind/attentive. A smile here and a nod there with some re assuring words! Small things go a long way!
Thank you team Freeman's. I would certainly recommend you to anyone and will use you again when the time comes.... but not too soon hopefully!

Freeman Brothers both Horsham and Crawley are brilliant. Their care and compassion for everyone is wonderful.
They help in every aspect and have time to answer all question you may have.
I have used their services three times now and every time has been excellent.

We thought their service was excellent, very organised, very caring and accommodating. We have used Freeman Brothers in the past for my grandparents and for my mum and they were fantastic. Hadge the celebrant was simply lovely, everyone at the service commented on how fantastic he was. A huge thank you to all of your team for making a difficult time seem so effortless to organise.

We all read reviews that are so good we sometimes think they were posted by friends or relatives. Well this one is definitely unbiased

My sister recently passed away she lived 100 miles away from me.

The nursing home recommended Freemans Funeral Directors who I contacted explaining I would have to make all the arrangements via phone or email.

The lady I spoke to Chrissie said that was absolutely no problem and it wasn't , Chrissie guided me through all the form filling prior to the funeral really patient and efficient.

Crissie also recommended a Celebrant Croianna who was perfect.

The funeral Director on the day was also super attentive and the funeral went ahead exactly as we had previously planned.

They even organised the pall bearers to wear ties that matched our colour scheme amazing attention to detail.

Freeman Brothers from the first moment we contacted them were caring, considerate, thoughtful and respectful of all our needs, in arranging my husbands funeral. Tina and Paula were always there whenever we needed their help. And at the Funeral and Cremation the men attending us were very supportive and gave super instructions to enable our grandsons and granddaughter to fully participate and to carry the coffin. A company we would fully recommend to carry out arrangements and assist at a very difficult time.

We recently used Freeman's, Horsham, for Mum's funeral. I couldn't praise them more for their kind, compassionate help,advice and suggestions from the beginning to the end. We were looked after mostly by Alex, who always answered emails promptly and included me from Italy by phone in face-to-face meetings with my brother before I returned to England. We also had dealings with other colleagues of his, all of whom were as professional. We were always allowed as much time as we needed to make decisions. They helped us feel stress-free and calm. Highly recommended.
