Would not recommend whatsoever.
Used to be a very good practice, however I was assigned James Edwards who I could believe if told that he were being instructed by the other party.

Regularly spoke over me in every conversation, didn’t listen and seemed totally incapable of doing so, willingly told me he was an acquaintance of the other party during our first meeting.

I asked for a solicitor to represent me and instead ended up with a ‘Legal Assistant’ who seemed to misunderstand who he was instructed by and for what purpose.

I told him after today’s unwanted phone call that I would instruct a proper solicitor instead.
