I cannot thank William enough for his help over the past 8 months. Being first time buyers we had no idea what to expect/what to do, but William and his team were able to answer every question and concern we had without hesitation.

I thought the service was very poor. We had to repeatedly chase Franklins for updates and to prompt action. Communication was very slow and of poor quality. Overall professionalism seemed lacking, even spelling names wrong.

Not recommend to anybody who don't wanna loose they nerves. wasting of time and money. they made me homeless for 2 h. I tried to contact them by phone, and emails many times...but no any respond. even after selling house I didn't get any updates from them. agency just let me know that house has been sold, when new owners knocked to the doors. Don't waste your time..
