Graeme is a very friendly person who is very easy to talk too and he always listens and takes on board what we have asked for. Graeme is a well-informed and efficient adviser who gives clear explanations of the servive he provides. He regularly updates me and has an easy and approachable manner.

What could your adviser do better?

Graeme is the perfect advisor for a beginner like me, who has just made his first investment. He made sure he thoroughly understood my financial goals and my attitude to risk. He clearly (and very patiently) explained the structure of the investment and fees. I couldn't be happier with the advice that I received from Graeme.

I know that my adviser is completely honest, full of integrity (something that is completely lacking in the Financial Industry and other sectors) and I have allways respected his advice because of the high level of his knowledge and his ability to use his expertise rightly on my behalf. He is extremely hard working and responsive and somehow always manages to respond rapidly and correctly. He is also capable of lateral thinking, i.e using a vast amount of factual knowledge to reach the right solution for his clients while safeguarding their interests totally.
This is something that most people who charge fees for providing very important services to the public are totally incapable of providing and as demonstrated day after day are also totally devoid of any form of conscience.
Graeme Mackay is one of a very small select number of Financial Advisers that do their job exceptionally well on behalf of their clients and therefore could not be more highly recommended.

What could your adviser do better?

I think Graeme does everything required, he spends a lot of time with me going through all my requirements, discussing the financial issues for and against.
Comes up with suitable products which he explains to me. Reviews changing needs and the performance of my investments. Graeme is easy to talk to, he is patient when I don't understand anything and I he takes on board my requirement. I would be sad to loose him as my Financial Advisor
