I would recommend Seema to anyone considering a Family Barrister. My experience was very collaborative, empathetic and friendly, something that any customer would need in a stressful situation.
I was impressed at how Seema quickly she could assimilate the facts in the case and provide an effective strategy in line with the realities. Seema was not provided with the applicants offer and full particulars until midday Friday before a court date on the following Monday. Even with a very small window of time and making the effort to consult me on a weekend we arrived in court ready.

I am unsure about why there are negative reviews on here. My experience was excellent.

Dan was an excellent clerk. Quick and efficient. I used Dominic Brazil as Councel for my family proceedings. Particularly good with dealing with unusual aspects of a case.

I have used him around 4 times through direct access and every time, he has produced an excellent position statement and I have witnessed excellent advocacy. He genuinely cares and communicates to the client the other side effectively and politely.

When I haven’t used him, the case has always fallen due to my initial failings which as I have learned the hard way, is difficult to remedy as judges won’t allow new evidence -even if central to the case.
I would recommend that everyone uses a legal professional to complete statements.

I found Dominic to be an excellent advocate. Highly intelligent, well spoken and grasps the important points of the case very quickly. I am pleased to say that I have exposed him to northern banter too 😉
