Worst solicitors I have come across in my life. They prey on vulnerable individuals, extort money from them and do not provide any valuable service.

My family had a court case they were dealing with and reached out to said solicitors. Firstly, my mother who was physically sick was directed via the solicitor in charge, to collate all the paper work together and send it to him. It felt as if my family were doing majority of the work, despite paying over £2000 for a service.

Secondly, the solicitor in charge changed the barrister who was appointed to represent us the morning of our court case, which i found to be extremely unprofessional. The barrister he appointed to my family, Mr Jam Gazzain, was absolutely useless. He was unorganised, had not read any of the court bundle and instead provided false information to the judge which was made up via the barrister themselves. Additionally, the barrister was stuttering, stammering and sweating only to add to the embarrassment of having him represent us.

When we contacted the senior management in charge to report the inadequacy of the barrister, they shut us down and refused to take accountability for their actions. Please stay far away from them. They are highly unprofessional and not worth the money.
