They claimed we owed money to British Gas, so I called them and asked for proof. We have worked with British Gas in the past, and if we truly owe them, I’m happy to settle the amount. However, for a random company to demand payment on behalf of British Gas without providing any evidence seems suspicious to me. I hope it’s not a fraudulent company trying to exploit small businesses by scaring them into paying, but I could be wrong. If they can provide legitimate proof, we’d be happy to pay. My recommendation for anyone receiving letters of this company is to ignore and contact British Gas directly or whoever they claim you owe money to.

Horrible experience, sent a letter before action to us as the incorrect defendants, couldnt even bother finding the correct entity on companies house. When my mum receieved the letter, she called the lady to clarify THEIR mistake and instead the lady started shouting at my mum, bot very professional. I then had to call the firm who refused to speak to me or provide further information. It wasnt until I informed them that I am a lawyer myself and would be happy to write to them in a professional capacity that the lady spoke to me an acknowledged their mistake, couldnt even say sorry to me for sending me a threatening letter in error. It takes two minutes to do a search/ double check that you are writing to the correct defendant but clearly no one at this firm could be bothered to do so.

I have never in my life met a company as shambolic as this. Just keep sending me court threatening emails - three times now I've been told they are taking me to court and proceedings will be sent out in 7 days! Hurry up and take me to court so I can show the judge what a total joke this 'company' is and recover some of MY costs , the countless emails I have sent, phonecalls arguing. Chasing me for a made up bill! The only good thing is that I'm clearly not on my own looking at the abundance of appalling reviews on here. SCAMMERS!!!

Today i tried to pay this company for the four time on behalf of a relative that is currently in a care home and I'll emphasize PAY and the stroppy girl LILLY screamed down the phone,and i have it recorded , i don't want to know unless you send a power of attorney.
I honestly can't believe that this is a legal company i do not need to prove by LPA to pay a bill on behalf of someone who cannot and by telling me i can not discuss the account does not stand up as i know what i wish to pay . Complete fools with bad attitude no legal knowledge and if you hold a LLP you should be barred

As a business owner and property manager, I've dealt with many, many different companies over the years but this, without doubt is the worst. I'm now four years in, dealing with this company over the same issue. Despite emailing all the required evidence, we go around and around in circles achieving nothing. I am sick and fed up of emailing them and phoning them. Nobody listens and nobody is interested. I only hope they take me to court so I can show them as the incompetent and inefficient company they are.
PS Flint Bishop - please don't copy and paste the same response you have given to the last dozen or so people who have left you a negative review or tell me you welcome the "opportunity to work with me on my issue" - after 4 years of phoning and emailing you, I know that's a complete lie! Your advisors are clearly not interested in helping to achieve a solution and frankly could do with some training in customer service. Frustrating doesn't get close!

If I could give a 0 star I would! I had an insurance claim back in April 2023 as someone went into the back of me and I suffered injury to my lower back. Since flint bishop took on the claim I have never been updated every email I send to Jake Bland gets ignored, every time he answers the phone he does not have a clue what is going on with my claim. They have had money come through from my claim since May 21st 2024 and I still have not received it to this day. Need better staff who give update!

I did receive a letter as well, and I’m making a report to action fraud, and I suggest everyone that has been a victim do the same!

The Gate

I received a text today asking to call but when I called I was told the file was closed and I did not need to do anything. Having read reviews this seems a pretty disreputable company so I did not provide any of my personal details and it seems they are just fishing for work. It was all a bit odd but for those worried like I was when I received a text, don't worry they don't seem to know what they are doing.
