I have known this accountancy firm for a little under a decade and I can say that the level of service provided here is unwavering. Mr Azeem Dosani, our accountant is very friendly and professional, helpful and always provides his best advice where possible. His team are very knowledgeable, responsive, and always go that extra mile. Their expertise speaks volume. Without a doubt the best accountancy practice in town!

Utterly disgraceful. I've worked with a fair share of accountants and have partially accepted that you will always have some issues but these people, and particularly their chairman Azim, take the cake.

As it was, I've spent months trying to figure out what was going on with the tax affairs, as their follow-up was weak and effort expended poor. One of their best employees who I was dealing with left (says a lot about their firm) and I was forced to call Azim in order to try and get a handle on things. It's a shame the call wasn't recorded for people to hear, because people could then witness the most shameful interaction I've ever had with a so called professional. He began the call ranting about how I hadn't sent details (I had) and how he doesn't know what's going on (he's the accountant, not me), interrupting me almost immediately when I had begun to try and clarifying the situation, yelling at me for being rude (I had been largely silent in the face of his verbal vomit), and hanging up on my face in an infantile manner before I had even had a chance to speak. It was so appalling.

I've worked with bad accountants but this one is by a long mile the worst of the bunch. Do yourselves a massive favour and avoid.
