I had the pleasure of working with Tom Hansen and his team while going through the process of purchasing my first home.

They were very responsive via email and phone calls, and during pressing times, Tom even responded to my enquiries on the weekend, which I found to be an added bonus.

Tom's communication with the seller's solicitor and seller himself was impeccable and after reviewing the details of the property, he was able to identify a problematic clause relating to the renewal of the ground rent period, which he pushed for, to get it corrected from the seller side.

Furthermore, Tom was also keeping in touch with my lender, to ensure that my lender was up to speed with everything and had the correct information at a moment's notice, which helped greatly, as they did not needed to do another round of valuation check near the end of the process.

After the purchase was completed, within 3 months I received the land registry updates which was fantastic.
