Flamecare were very easy to deal with, prices were competitive. The engineer arrived within the time window which had been advised.
Tom was courteous and promptly got on with the boiler service, all the Flamecare paperwork was completed along with the boiler manufacturer service record. Tom went through the paperwork and left the area around the boiler clean and tidy.

Tom the engineer is always courteous and polite when he services our boiler, does a thorough job and leaves everything tidy on completion.
The office staff are always very helpful and efficient and happy to sort out any queries or problems.
The annual boiler service and central heating cover plan is great value for money.
It is good to support a local business and I would definitely recommend Flamecare to anyone .

My annual service was due following a letter from Flamecare. I contacted them and they gave me a 2 hour slot, very useful. Tom arrived bang on time. He was straight to work, very pleasant guy, professional and he answered all my questions. Great service would definitely recommend this company.

Annual boiler maintenance visit carried out by Tom. Has attended on numerous occasions before and, as ever, he was on time, courteous and friendly. Treated our property with care and consideration. Trustworthy, so happy to leave him to get on with the job. Completed the boiler check with his usual competence and efficiency.
