We have had a great experience with Fishers Solicitors. Specifically our solicitor in charge of dealing with our sale Catherine.

She did an absolutely outstanding job got all checks done accurately and in good time. Went through everything and came up with good enquires to the venders solicitors and the information pack we received on the property was extremely thorough and gave us every detail we didn’t even think of.

She even spit up with constantly having to chase the venders solicitors who are of the like I have never seen before.

We have often used Fishers Solicitors through work, and when I had an issue with a client in New Zealand needing verified ID, Darren from the team jumped to it, and even drove to my office the next day.

Later on, I needed more verified ID, I popped into their comfortable offices, but as it was during half term, I had my son with me. He was a bit nervous about being in a big office, but Darren was great!

He chatted to him about Dr Who, Star Wars, Marvel, and turned our son into a chatterbox! What a great level of service offered, so nice to have a personable business.

By far the Worst Solicitor I have ever used. Absolutely useless failed to inform us there was a building dispute on the property we were purchasing. Took the seller to contact us by email explaining we couldn’t possibly know what was happening as our solicitor had not replied to their solicitor even though he was informed weeks prior. We were carrying on with our purchase totally unaware of the dispute which was going to court. Never even had the decency to apologise for what was clearly his mistake but quick to take the money for the incomplete sale of the property. We would never recommend Fishers we would tell anyone to avoid. We have now found a new solicitor for our purchase of another property who so far has been fabulous and half the price.
