They have pretty much ruined our house move by dropping the ball and it is now likely not to go ahead, costing us £1000's + all the stress. The communication has been awful, we receive conflicting updates and very rarely have a clue what's going on, we just miss deadline after deadline.

Received a quote for conveyancing, then a 2nd one chasing me to accept, rang in to ask a question, greeted with music without confirmation I'd got the right company & was told by the male receptionist that he couldn't transfer me to the conveyancing team because I hadn't got the name of the person with me. Will accept one of the other quotes I received!
